As the boys began to live their lives, the house began to become too big for their parents, who decided to move and rent it out.
In January 2020, with the house vacant, the family met to decide its future, with some nostalgia in the face of the possibility of getting rid of it; and that was when they decided to undertake a project that seemed a bit risky at the time.
Taking advantage of the modifications that previous tenants had made to the house and the experience in the hospitality industry of two of its members, the family as a whole decided to start the project, perhaps pushed by nostalgia for the past that would help them remember the warmth of home.
This is how on March 1, 2020, days before the beginning of the pandemic, CASA FRANCO HOTEL formally opened its doors to the public with 11 rooms…
Very few people came that year for obvious reasons. Rather than give up, the Franco family decided to continue with the project by making improvements to the hotel so that when the time came to open again they would be better prepared to serve customers.
Thanks to Faith, trust, resilience or whatever you want to call it today, CASA FRANCO HOTEL has 27 rooms that have hosted a number of couples, families and executives who have left with the desire to return and feel that peace and family atmosphere that those who stay there experience.
