Terms & Conditions
Our guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Guests under 18 must either be accompanied by an adult during their stay or provide a signed parental consent form and a copy of their ID.
A reservation is confirmed when a booking confirmation email from us is received by a guest, including a unique reservation number.
By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the chosen cancellation policy (flexible and / or non-refundable).
No exceptions will be made to the chosen policy.
Please note that the hotel does not accept cash payments for reservations or any other charges incurred during your stay, including but not limited to room service, amenities, or incidental expenses. All payments must be processed through electronic means.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or hotel operations. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for inappropriate behavior.
