Terms & Conditions

A reservation is confirmed when a booking confirmation email from us is received by a guest, including a unique reservation number.
By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the chosen cancellation policy (flexible and / or non-refundable).
No exceptions will be made to the chosen policy.
Please note that the hotel does not accept cash payments for reservations or any other charges incurred during your stay, including but not limited to room service, amenities, or incidental expenses. All payments must be processed through electronic means.
