Phase 1 - An extravagant & magnificent 4 bed room villa with progressive amenities and a cozy homely vibe! Villa Calangute Phase 1 is 200mtrs (2 min walk) from Calangute beach. Centrally located on Holiday Street (a very top notch name). Enjoy the one of a kind villa with a swimming pool, sea horse fountains and Goan themed artistry. Not forgetting to use the stand-alone bathtub which overlooks Holiday Street, certainly exquisite for people watching, you figure out whether or not you want the blinds up or down.
Highlighting the Facilities of the Villa:
The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have furnished you with lodging and cooking services with no foods and no room service.This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has an Air Conditioner in the drawing room, 4 Air Conditioned bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with a Shared/common swimming pool, a Pool table, a Foosball Game Table, a Carrom board with another adjacent 6BHK villa (PHASE2). And free Wi-Fi with 100 -150 mbps speed. Villa has two king-size beds & four single beds. ON REQUEST: Single beds can be joined and protected with a 1-inch foam changing them to a king measurement bed. Check in at 1.00 pm and Check out is 10.00 am. Flexibility is primarily based on availability. Housekeeping is carried out every day for 4 hours which consists of cleansing of the bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen and residing room area. Bed linen and towels are supplied and now not modified for stays three nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be modified every day for an extra fee of INR 400 per room per day. 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.
A INR 10,000 refundable security deposit to be collected in cash on arrival against any incidental damages and will be returned during departure.
