In the pleasant town of San Teodoro there are small recently built residential complexes that group together
modern apartments equipped with every comfort. Often similar in construction do not allow a precise description
as they are different depending on the taste of each individual owner. The apartments are charming, built in field stone
and Sardinian granite, distributed on the ground floor or on the first floor. They have an independent entrance and free parking space.
Night arrivals: for all arrivals after 11:00 pm a supplement of € 30.00 is required.

Services: In the center of San Teodoro supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, newsagents, tobacconists, boutiques,
pharmacies, medical service, piano bar, discos, boat rentals, etc. On the beach there is the possibility of renting umbrellas,
deckchairs and sun loungers.
Sports: in San Teodoro there is a soccer field, volleyball, etc. On the beach there are water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, etc. In the
immediate vicinity of the beach, a riding school, courses and horseback riding. Affiliated Diving Center
“Karibù Diving and Travel”.
Apartments: sometimes internally distributed on two levels, well furnished, they can be arranged on the ground floor with patio and garden or first floor with veranda (always equipped); they are equipped with TV, bedrooms with low beds or bunk beds.
