L'Hôtel des Académies et des Art, on rue de la Grande Chaumière, is a hotel and an artist's studio. Less than ten minutes from Saint-Germain-des-prés, between Montparnasse and the Luxembourg Gardens, it is a 4-star boutique hotel with 20 large poetic rooms. The building is part of the history of the artistic life of the Belle Epoque. It was home to the great painters Modigliani and Fujita. It has a studio open to all. Artists are hosted there for the time of an exhibition.
