Overview
The hotel is located on the Costa Verde (‘Green Coast’), a spectacular 47-km stretch of wild coastline in the Arbus municipality in southwestern Sardinia. Dense Mediterranean vegetation – mastic trees, gorse, strawberry trees and ancient junipers – slopes down gently into wind-sculpted sand dunes, among the tallest in Europe, which in turn give way to an endless expanse of beach and turquoise sea. These UNESCO-recognised dunes are home to the Sardinian deer, which can often be spotted around sunset or in the early hours of the morning. And, on long nights in June and July, sea turtles flock to this unspoiled stretch of coast to nest.
