Overview
Location: inserted within the larger Villaggio La Pace which also includes a hotel, it presents itself as a large panoramic balcony overlooking Tropea. It is located in a panoramic position with a splendid view of the Gulf of Lamezia up to the Aeolian Islands. It is 3 km from the center of Tropea and the sea. It is made up of a series of 2-storey terraced buildings where the apartments are located. They are ideal for spending a holiday enjoying the comforts and services that the "village" offers without giving up the freedom and privacy that you enjoy when staying in your own apartment.
Distance from the sea: there are numerous wonderful beaches that Tropea and its coastline offers such as Michelino, Riaci, Formicoli, etc. The closest beach, located on the Tropea seafront, is only 2,800 meters away and can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Services and equipment: free wi-fi point in the gazebo in front of the hall and in the swimming pool, hall, pizzeria, bar, equipped solarium terrace (subject to availability), mini market, equipped playground for children, playroom, 2 swimming pools, 1 semi-Olympic and 1 circular with a children's area, amphitheater, daytime and evening entertainment (Saturday and Sunday evening show only), baby club, miniclub, junior club, tennis court, padel court, soccer field, outdoor disco, unattended internal parking, fitness club (open at set times reserved for over 12s with a medical certificate) with a very modern gym equipped with weights room.
Club Card: mandatory to be paid on site (from 3 years old onwards), includes: daytime use of the sports fields (excluding paid padel), use of the swimming pools, use of the fitness club, daytime and evening entertainment (Saturday and Sunday only evening show) with shows, cabaret, competitions, sports tournaments, aerobics, water aerobics, baby club 4/7 years, mini club 7/11 years and junior club 11/17 years.
Apartments: there are 125, located in two-storey terraced buildings with a balcony or common area, furnished in a simple but practical and functional way, all equipped with a fridge and equipped kitchenette (without oven) and private bathroom with shower; they are available in the following types:
Standard two-room apartment 2/3/4 beds: composed of a living room with a double sofa bed and a double bedroom.
Plus two-room apartment 2/3/4 beds: composed and furnished like the standard two-room apartment but also equipped with air conditioning, television, microwave oven and bed linen for all beds
