Our well-appointed rooms offer a range of sizes, accommodating up to four guests, and feature flat-screen TVs and either private or shared bathrooms. Please note that our hotel does not have elevators due to the historic nature of the building; we kindly ask guests to consider this when making their reservations.
Terms & Conditions
Our guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Guests under 18 must either be accompanied by an adult during their stay.
A reservation is confirmed when a booking confirmation email from us is received by a guest, including a unique reservation number.
By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the chosen cancellation policy (flexible and / or non-refundable).
No exceptions will be made to the chosen policy.
Please note that the hotel does not accept cash payments for reservations or any other charges incurred during your stay, including but not limited to room service, amenities, or incidental expenses. All payments must be processed through electronic means. The only exception to this is the Security Deposit.
Security Deposit
Deposit Requirement: Upon check-in, all guests are required to provide a security deposit of €100. This deposit can be made via credit/debit card or in cash. The deposit is in addition to the total room charges and is mandatory for all reservations.
Card Pre-Authorization: If the deposit is made via credit or debit card, a pre-authorization hold of €100 will be placed on the guest's card. This hold will be released within one week after check-out, provided no damages or additional charges are incurred. The exact timeframe for the release of funds depends on the guest’s bank, and the hotel is not responsible for any delays.
Cash Deposit: For cash deposits, the €100 will be refunded in full upon check-out, subject to room inspection. The refund will be provided if no damages or extra charges are identified during the guest's stay.
Damage or Additional Charges: In the event of any damages to the room or hotel property, or if there are outstanding charges, the deposit will be applied towards covering these costs. If the costs exceed the deposit amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.
By proceeding with the booking, you agree to this deposit policy and acknowledge that the hotel reserves the right to apply the deposit as necessary."
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or hotel operations. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for inappropriate behavior.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Pets are not allowed.
