This luxury villa near Mumbai features an expansive terrace which offers a panoramic view of Pawna Lake with Tikona mountains in the front and Tungi Fort in the backdrop.
Thoughtfully curated walls adorned with abstract art breathe life into this luxurious villa for families that boasts an airy living room. The grey hues add a unique grandeur look and feel. Just a few steps ahead is a dining area which offers splendid views of the nature around.
The windows to the left of the living room opens to the terrace so far and wide that it is bound to take your breath away! Enjoy a barbeque session with the fam as you jam to some old classics. (We can totally imagine you hosting a sundowner here!) The clear skies will have you stargazing while the tranquility of nature cuddles you away.
There is also a massive room on this floor, with an ensuite bathroom and a closet area. The balcony of this room connects to the terrace of the villa. Your early morning views are practically a step away!
The living area, being open on both sides, also has a gorgeous deck, right in front of the dining table. This sit-out offers a direct view of the stunning Pawna Lake. A staircase (10-15 steps) from this deck will lead you below to an indoor swimming pool that also has a shower area.
There are 2 bedrooms on the same floor as the pool. The staircase (15-20 steps) near the kitchen will lead you to the stilt level. Both these rooms have huge ensuite bathrooms, a sofa-bed and an ample closet area where you can get ready for a thrilling day!
