Facing an estuary and connected to the nearby reef reachable by country boat, the property is surrounded by beaches, lush trees and wide lawns in which herbs and trees flourish.
Reminiscent of a rustic stay with a traditional courtyard, the home is set across 2 levels. The ground floor has 2 large spacious bedrooms with an open bathroom that give a very traditional living feel. The first floor has 2 rooms, surrounded by a balcony with views of the water and estuaries. All of the rooms have their own separate entrances.
While you settle into this peaceful meditative space, you'll be greeted by chirping birds around you. Lounge around in the lawn or watch the children play, head over to the restaurant to try out local lip-smacking freshly cooked, traditional delicacies, breathe in the sweet smell of flowers in the garden or play around with the family in the outdoors basketball or badminton area.
The country boat can be manned yourselves to row in and around the property, till the beach. If it's too warm indoors, sit by the hut at the side of the home. Bonfire and barbeque is available at an additional cost.
While this home is surrounded by the backwaters, you can head to the Marari beach 10-minutes away. Make your vacation a spiritual journey by visiting local temples and churches all at a distance of less than 4kms. The Alleppey backwaters houseboat is 20mins from the property.
