"SaffronStays Persimmon House, 4-BR villa in Raison, gets its name from the persimmon fruit trees that grow on the estate. View paragliders land on the neighbouring estate plot, from the large lawns and balconies of the villa. Beas river is 200 mtrs below the home. 2 bedrooms (ensuite washrooms) on each floor with common seating areas. EnjoyWiFi (up to 5mbps). Bonfire evenings with authentic home cooked meals (chargeable) & BBQ (chargeable).
Visit: Kullu (10 mins), kayaking/river-rafting (5km), walks & trails around the home."

There is a friendly German Shepherd that lives on-site. He is harmless and usually in his kennel, but should you require assistance, please feel free to reach out to the caretaker. Minimum 1 room must be booked at a time. Since each floor has 2 bedrooms and an external staircase, separate groups can enjoy private holidays at the same time. Every room has an extra floor mattress and work desk. You can park up to 5 cars on the villa property. Driverï's accommodation and a separate room for nannies are available in the villa. Villa amenities include a lawn, garden, WiFi (up to 5 Mbps), bonfire facilities, kids' play area, dining space and gazebo. Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
