A small complex of 5 apartments located in a quiet, secluded and flat area, surrounded by the greenery of centuries-old olive trees. The apartments are very well-kept and characterized by warm bright colors typical of the summer, ideal for a relaxing holiday but at the same time very close to the renowned and lively center of San Teodoro reachable with a pleasant walk. The famous and beautiful beaches of La Cinta and Isuledda characterized by white sand and crystal clear sea can be reached in a few minutes.
Night arrivals: for all arrivals after 11:00 pm a supplement of € 30.00 is required.

In the center of San Teodoro supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, newsagents, tobacconists, boutiques, pharmacies, medical service, piano bar, discos, boat rental, etc. On the beach possibility of renting umbrellas, deckchairs and sun loungers.
Sports: In San Teodoro soccer field, volleyball, etc. On the beach seaside sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, etc. In the immediate vicinity of the beach, riding school, courses and horseback riding. Diving center affiliated "Karibù Diving and Travel".
Apartments: excellently furnished and equipped with independent entrance, located on the ground floor and some internally on two levels. Surrounded by a green lawn, they have a private veranda equipped with table and chairs to eat meals even outdoors as well as TV, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, air conditioning, portable barbecues, rooms always with low beds.
