Overview
We are an urban hotel with almost 30 years of service, the first of its kind in the south of Madrid. We have almost one hundred rooms for every need: from luxurious suites with jacuzzi, to single, double, triple and family rooms.
Our facilities have been recently refurbished and are constantly adapted to meet the highest quality standards.
Our location in the south of Madrid is unbeatable, being only 19 km from the city centre and close to the Warner theme park, shopping centres such as NASSICA, Parquesur and Xanadú, as well as the La Cantueña business park and the Cobo Calleja industrial estate, the largest of its kind in Europe.
In our cafeteria and Snack-Bar, open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. you will find a delicious and varied buffet and during the rest of the day a wide variety of food and drinks, with snacks, sandwiches, hamburgers and pizzas. Our Snack-Bar options are also available 24 hours a day.
In the restaurant ‘El Cañero’, open for lunch and dinner, our guests can enjoy a space where we offer various Mediterranean gastronomic options, with daily menu options and special weekend and festive menus, as well as various à la carte options where our meats and fish stand out.
Likewise, our rooms and facilities are prepared to receive groups of any size. We have 4 rooms recently refurbished and adapted for all types of meetings and/or family, institutional and corporate events.
At Hoteles Urbanos N Avenida de España, we are highly committed to sustainability and, thanks to our photovoltaic installation, we use the resources that come from the sun to ensure that up to 25% of our energy is clean.
