This 5-star hotel was a project by the prestigious architect Souto Moura, winner of the Pritzker Prize 2011. It is located in the unique setting of the Rachadouro Cloister, perfectly integrated into the Monastery of Alcobaça, one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal and classified as a National Monument and Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
With a unique historic ambiance, the hotel features rooms and suites facing the Cloister or the city, versatile meeting rooms with natural light and breath-taking architecture and an event room where the former Monastery library was located, as well as flexible and easily adaptable spaces to meet the requirements of any social or business event.
