Our Services
We are a luxury apartment building in the Wynwood-Miami area. Our gated property offers tranquility from the buzzing city, while keeping you 5-10 minute walk distance from Miami's hottest and trendiest neighborhoods. We are 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from South Beach. The building has parking lots and surveillance cameras 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Freedom and independence, self check in and self check out for everyone, personalized access codes at all our doors, you will have freedom and security at all times. Our apartments are designed and have all the comforts you need. Comfort is something we have worked hard on, we have memory foam mattresses. Free parking for our customers, guarded 24 hours by security cameras and protected by an imposing main gate that will make you feel safe and calm. Few places offer free laundry, we have put at your disposal a washer and dryer, with all the additives you need.
