R.T.A. 24 APP.TI – The residence is located in the center of the Gulf of Lacona in a suggestive natural setting, between the splendid beach of fine white sand with the turquoise sea and the green and fresh pine forest made up of tall maritime pines that characterize the area. The structure is composed of two buildings where the apartments are located on the mezzanine floor, first and second floor. Given the proximity of one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island of Elba, the comfortable accommodations offer the possibility of spending a seaside holiday suitable for families with children and for all lovers of excursions to the nearby and characteristic coves that distinguish the enchanting Tuscan Archipelago National Park.
Services: customer reception with SELF CHECK IN mode (payment of the fees relating to the Mandatory and Optional Services Packages must be paid at least 7 days before the start date of the stay - customer mobile number required to send payment link and register guest data), reserved unattended car parking (1 parking space for each apartment), FREE WI-FI in the apartments, coin-operated washing machine and outdoor shower. In the structure of the residential complex there is a newsstand, bar, bazaar and boutique (external management). On the beach of Lacona there is an agreement with a bathing establishment, equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, bar, restaurant and pizzeria.
In the immediate vicinity there is a minimarket, scooter rental, restaurants and pizzeria. In the nearby centers of Marina di Campo, Portoferraio and Capoliveri you can find all kinds of services.
Sports: in the vicinity and on the beach there is the possibility of practicing various sports and just 6 km away there is the Acquabona Golf Course (9 holes). Furthermore, a short distance away, an affiliated Diving Center.

Apartments: pleasantly but functionally furnished, they can be located on the mezzanine floor with garden, first or second floor; they have balconies and are equipped with two bathrooms (excluding the Studios), TV, kitchenette with induction hobs, air conditioning.
Mono 2: on the first or second floor, they have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, balcony, bathroom with shower. Possibility of a cot (no extra bed)
Bilo 4: on the first or second floor, they have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, balcony, double bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed and second balcony, two bathrooms with shower or bathtub.
Bilo 4G: on the mezzanine floor they have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, balcony, double bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed and second balcony, two bathrooms with shower or bathtub. From the balcony of the living room, a ladder of 5 steps leads to a large private, fenced and exclusive outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs.
