Residence Oasi is a complex located in a privileged position, halfway between the famous beach of La Cinta and the lively center of San Teodoro. Surrounded by large green spaces, the residence consists of apartments on the ground floor or first floor, distributed in small complexes within a large area where gardens maintained with extreme care alternate with pretty paths and areas shaded by typical olive trees. The Oasi Blu apartments are part of the complex and are characterized by two more recent buildings that group 5/6 apartments each, all excellently cared for, furnished with taste and refinement.
Night arrivals: for all arrivals after 11:00 p.m. a supplement of €30.00 is required.

In the centre of San Teodoro there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, newsagents, tobacconists, boutiques, pharmacies, emergency medical service, piano bar, discos, boat rental, etc. On the beach there is the possibility of renting umbrellas, deckchairs and sun loungers.
Sports: In San Teodoro there is a five-a-side football pitch, volleyball, etc. On the beach there are water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, etc. In the immediate vicinity of the beach there is a riding school, courses and horseback rides. The affiliated Diving Centre “Karibù Diving e Travel”.
Apartments: well furnished and equipped, they have an independent entrance, they can be located on the ground floor with a garden and private veranda or on the first floor with a balcony, always equipped with a table and chairs to eat outside. They are equipped with TV, FREE WI FI, washing machine (only Oasi Blu apartments), hairdryer, fan, rooms always with low beds.
