Tucked away in the serene hilly nooks of Alibaug, this Signature home has a large swimming pool and an even larger garden making it the ideal attraction for family getaways, milestone celebrations and/or corporate offsites.
Walk through the entrance and watch how the home dramatically unfolds itself with sparkling waters of the swimming pool, cheerfully backdropped by verdant lawns of green often speckled by butterflies and skies streaked by branches of tamarind and bamboo.
It's like time travelling back to your summer holidays, walking into this home. A typical mansion of contemporary aesthetics and pops of blues, browns and greens where you can laze around with your kids, take leisure strolls with your better half and treat yourself with the finest and the calmest - something that the city life deprives you of.
Towards your right is the first bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) on the ground level offering unobstructed views of the garden and the lawns, equipped with a television. Walk out of this bedroom and you'll reach the bright and breezy living room that again, overlooks the pool and the lawns.
The first level comprises the other four bedrooms (each with ensuite bathrooms) and the highlight of the home, the Game Room! The Game Room, due to its all-window interior, has natural sunlight playing peek-a-boo for the most part of the day. It comprises a huge pool table, table tennis, books to escape the world with and a powder room. Bonding over games and fun? This is where it all happens!
A patio at the end of the living room stands with an outdoor bar and a sitting area perfect for basking in the early morning sun or kicking back in solitude with your favourite drink after a hearty dinner. Clubbed with some poolside loungers is an al fresco dining setting under a tamarind tree, that smells of nostalgia where you can share stories with your little ones over a happy brunch.
(Pro tip: Keep all phones at a safe distance.)
Furthermore, a suspended bed swing at the extreme end of this lush green garden and a short walking pathway are some winsome spots where everyone in the family can chill.
The humble magic of home-fresh food prepared by our locally trained in-home chef extends right from refreshing welcome drinks of Virgin Mojito or Strawberry Fizz to a piping hot breakfast of Waffles and Burritos, to a wholesome dinner arrangement that leaves no stone unturned. Expect some lip-smacking dishes such as Chicken Stroganoff with Herb Rice, Roasted Plum Tomato and Basil Soup, and many such Oriental and Continental recipes with a definite hint of love and a whole lot of warmth that is food for the soul.
