SaffronStays Sylvan Meadows is a picturesque villa with wonderful landscape and sit-outs, offering round the year view of the lush green valley. A cool nip in the air, the feel of chill against your skin in the midst of greenery and mountains, this villa in Mahabaleshwar, hits you with sweet nostalgia just like that found in Ruskin Bond stories.
A home inspired by the stories of the famous author, this 6-BHK, private villa in the all-time favourite hill station reminds you of all things nice - waking up to hazy mornings, snuggling in blankets, sitting around a bonfire and a hammock to lounge in as much as the heart desires.
Perfectly built for a large group of people - 2-3 families and plenty of friends, this villa has enough and more to keep everyone occupied in their own nooks and corners around the property. The Villa is contour-styled with beautiful oil paintings studded across walls.
The home is set across 3 levels:
Ground Floor (Lobby): A large lobby welcomes you into the home, where there's a separate caretaker's unit, a home gym and a gaming zone with many activities. There's a separate entrance at the back that makes it easy for the elderly to access.
First Floor (Level 1): Upon entering here, you're welcomed into the large living room. There's also a dining room, well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. 2 of the latter have ensuite bathrooms and 1 has a powder room. There's a deck attached to two of the rooms overlooking the lush green garden outside.
Second Floor (Level 2): Once you climb to the next level, you will find a big living area + 3 bedrooms, 2 of the latter have ensuite bathrooms and 1 has a powder room.
There are 6 bedrooms in this villa, 4 rooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 rooms each with a separate powder room.
Wake up to the picturesque views of Sahyadri mountain ranges, visible from the deck skirting around this floor. With a bunk bed and star-studded ceiling, the kid’s room on this floor is perfect for the little ones to have a gala time.
Once inside the home, you'll be suffused with entertainment choices. There is a patio table with a kiosk in the garden where you can spend lazy afternoons and pleasant evenings chatting, while kids play all over the lawn. Choose an interesting read from the library or hum the day away listening to some classics in the living room. Rejuvenate in the heated Jacuzzi, work out in the gym or explore this beautiful property- there won’t be one dull moment in this villa!
Challenge your friends to a game of table tennis or play a game of carrom with your family. And if board games are your niche, then off you go gathering everyone!
Lip-smacking fresh, healthy, local authentic meals are prepared by the in-house cook. Special non-vegetarian and Jain meals can be availed too on prior intimation.
While there is plenty in the home to keep you occupied, you can travel around to catch up on wonderful sights. Visit the calm, flowing Venna Lake just 2 km away for some boating and water sports. Lingmala Waterfall is another attraction which is only 2.5 km away. Kates Point overlooking the Krishna river is also just 3.5 km away.
