The space Key Feasture of Phase 12: ☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service. ☆ This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 6 en-suite bathrooms with shared swimming pool. Free WiFi with 100 -150 mbps speed. ☆ Villa has 5 king-size beds & 2 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed. ☆ Please note Bathroom 5 is open to the sky (a bathroom without a roof). So come rain or shine you will be exposed to the outdoor elements, whilst using the lavatory, vanity, and bathing among the coconut trees. Bathroom 6 has a transparent non-tinted glass wall with a shower curtain. Ideal for couples. ☆ Check in at 1.00 pm and Check out is 10.00 am. Flexibility is based on availability. ☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. Guest access Villa Calangute Phase 11 and 12 are 2 detached new villas set in 1225 sq. m of gardens, in the beautiful coastal village of Calangute. Please note that both villas share a large swimming pool, this is for exclusive use of guests at these villas. The entrance to the property is common for both properties. The beach is only 600m away and are within walking distance, they offer the very best of everything. The two properties are equipped, decorated and maintained to the very highest standards. Each villa enjoys its own individual style, and stunning views of this beautiful location. Every villa has furnished verandas, balconies and a barbeque/patio area, and there is free Wi-Fi to complete the luxury and comfort of these impressive accommodations. The external grounds of the villa is monitored by CCTV cameras. A INR 10,000 refundable security deposit to be collected in cash on arrival against any incidental damages and will be returned during departure.
