HIGHLIGHTS OF VILLA CALANGUTE PHASE 17:-
The lodging is self-catered, wherein we’ve furnished you accommodations and cooking provisions(commercial kitchen) with no meal and room service. The property is a 10 minute stroll to Calangute seashore/beach. All the 16 Air Conditioned bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Elevator on premises. Free Wi-Fi facility. There are 2 AC’s in the sitting room. Please note that this property is a 17bhk villa, bur you can choose whether you want to rent a 10/12/14/16BHK depending on the number of people in your group, based on double occupancy.
No one will step in the premises apart from your group and we shall not be giving the locked bedroom to any other group booking. This property has 16 King-sized beds and 8 single beds. On special requisition single beds can be attached and covered with 1inch foam to make a King-Sized bed. This Villa has a Private Swimming Pool & Kid’s pool. There are other highlighting features such as Jacuzzi, Waterfall, Elephant Showers, Gazebo, Table Tennis, Soft touch archery, Mini badminton/basketball courtyard. The Jacuzzi timing will be from 10am to 12 noon ONLY. This Villa has a Private in parking for 12 Cars. There is a 24hr Power Back Up(Inverter & Gen-Set), Hot Water supply and Security Guard service. Check in at 1.00 pm and Check out is 10.00 am. Flexibility is based on availability. Housekeeping is done daily according to schedule for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are supplied and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional extra cost of INR 400 per room per day. This is a commercial kitchen and is absolutely used by our in-house chef. Guests don’t have access to the kitchen throughout their stay. Although, tea/coffee along with a kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave are stocked in the sitting room area along with cutlery, crockery and Beer/ wine/ whiskey/ water glasses. The Professional Chef will take all cooking orders (Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking) and will gurantee all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are bought from the local supermarket and bills/receipts are given to you where applicable. Breakfast is from 8am to 10am, Lunch is from 12pm to 2pm and Dinner is from 8pm to 10pm. The chef will only do the cooking and may be assisted by a helper based on the size of your group. After 10pm overtime charges to be paid to the chef directly.
Party Room -The new PARTY ROOM in the basement is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, a stage, a great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
A INR 10,000 refundable security deposit to be collected in cash on arrival against any incidental damages and will be returned during departure.
