Overlooking the enchanting landscapes of the Roero, Dimora Cordero is a charming boutique hotel where contemporary comfort meets an authentic passion for hospitality.
A small boutique hotel in the centre of Priocca, adjacent to the restaurant Il Centro (and under the same ownership) which boasts a Michelin star and has been run by the owners for generations.
Essential lines, large windows and exposed bricks merge dynamically in a skilful combination of space and light, courtesy of collaboration with the De Abate Architectural Studio of Turin, which was responsible for the renovation of the historic building that is home to Dimora Cordero.
The project focuses on the desire to combine the art of tradition with contemporary freshness: the details of the old façade, restored to its original splendour, contrast with the futuristic glass and steel back, which offers a spectacular view of the valley.
