Despite being a 4-minute walk from Piazza del Campo, in a side street of the main street of the historic center with limited traffic, customers can reach the hotel directly by car by scrupulously following the directions provided by the staff, and can make use of the chauffeur service booked in advance or park at the nearby affiliated car park just outside the city walls.
From the moment of arrival the staff takes care of the guests, ready to satisfy curiosities about the city and its numerous traditions, to provide all the information necessary to organize the perfect tailor-made stay.
