Surrounded by 13 acres of lush green coffee plantations. As you enter the estate, you are welcomed by a lush lawn to a warm and lovely homestead.
As you enter the home, you are welcomed by a charming living and dining room, perfect for a large family or friends group to unwind. The living and dining area opens up to the verandah and backyard. You can enjoy a joyous evening here, sitting around the bonfire. A powder room is attached to the living and dining area.
The modern and minimalist home is built on one level, with all 5 bedrooms on the ground floor. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Stunning sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from all corners of the home.
The lawn is equipped with ample seating for a quaint evening tea set-up and a kids' playground to make your tiny tots have the time of their lives.
While there, indulge in plenty of nature walks around the estate as you start your day early. Play board games with the kids or hide-n-seek and cricket on the lawns.
Go cycling around the estate, sit by the bonfire on chilly nights, or taste lip-smacking South-Indian meals prepared by our in-house chef.
Experience a specially arranged barbeque to get the whole family together while you feast on local delicacies.
Living at this home will take you to a number of sights in and around. Visit the stunning natural golf course (50 mins) and have a go at the sport surrounded by heavily wooded trees. Another must-do experience is the Nilgiri Steam Mountain Train, a heritage steam engine that travels through the mountain ranges of Ooty.
