The Sant'Angelo is a widespread hotel located in the heart of the historic center of the Sassi of Matera.
The Sassi districts are in a Limited Traffic Zone, therefore it is not possible to reach the hotel by car.
Pleasure and pain of the Sassi di Matera are the characteristic staircases, for which we recommend a comfortable outfit and comfortable shoes.
Parking
The Sassi are located in a Restricted Traffic Zone with no car access. For this reason, it is not possible to reach our facility by car.
We suggest, therefore, our affiliated parking lot “Sant'Isidoro"(https://maps.app.goo.gl/B4m4GDyaPS11Bv767) located at Via Lanera No. 16
You will need to give us your license plate to allow automatic access when you arrive. Should the bar not be raised, we ask that you collect your ticket and give it to us once you arrive at our location.
Parking service has a cost per car of €20.00 per day that will be charged directly at the facility.
Once you reach the parking lot our shuttle will pick you up to take you to the facility.
