A brand-new purpose built building situated in the south of Spain's Costa del Sol city of Malaga. The accommodation is modern and contemporary in design, a very comfortable space! With the nearest public transport only a 3-minute walk away you'll find yourself well-connected when you stay here.
Those studios are bright, clean and tidy, in fact everything is new! There is independent air-conditioning/heating to keep you happy. You'll have a comfortable big single bed (120*200) with linen provided. There's also workstation, ideal for working on your laptop using the free high-speed Wi-Fi. You have ample storage including a full length wardrobe. The room has a private bathroom with shower, all towels and toiletries are provided. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, fridge and is stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses & mugs, enough to create basic meals. The room is equipped with a flat screen Smart TV. All in all, everything you need for a comfortable homely stay.
You'll also have access to all the communal areas of this development which include a laundry room, chill out saloon and a common SHARED KITCHEN (on the same floor) with pans, kettle, toaster, etc.
