Welcome to The Ascott Hotel Manchester. We are a boutique style property with a 4 star rating, situated in a leafy suburb 3.5 miles from Manchester City Centre and seven minutes walk from the vibrant village of Monton with its many restuarants, wine bars and cafe's. We are very proud of the fact that the hotel was voted Best B&B, and has also appeared in Coronation Street.
Monton is often described as the new Didsbury or even "Monton Carlo" with a wealth of bars and restaurants and a lively village feel. it has an amazing history. It sits adjacent to the Bridgewater Canal, instrumental in the industrial revolution of the uk and beyond.
There are excellent transport links within walking distance from the hotel into the city centre by train (7 minutes only one stop) or tram direct to Old Trafford, football and cricket grounds, Ethiad Stadium, National Cycling Centre, The Lowry, Salford Quays and the many art galleries, theatres, museums and shops.
It is a 10 minute drive to the Trafford Centre, ChillFactore, Trafford Park and Eventcity.
We are within walking disctance of Salford Royal Hospital.
All our bedrooms are individually designed to a very high standard. We have a well appointed period syle guest lounge and delightful breakfast conservatory room.
